Re: Termination of Distribution Agreement dated February 4, 2001

Dear Kirk:

New World is in the process of consolidating our distributors and due to the launch of our new product, The Pincher, we have decided to terminate our contract with Global Distribution.  Under Section 1.4 of the distribution agreement dated February 4, 2001, New World may terminate the contract anytime with a 30 day written notice.  This letter serves as notice that the termination will be effective as of June 16, …
