Forming negative present perfect continuous sentences

Now that we're familiar with forming negative sentences with present perfect tense, forming negative ones with present perfect continuous sentences are very straightforward. We can form negative present perfect continuous tense sentences by putting the word "not" after the helping verb of the sentence (has/have for present perfect continuous tense).
